I was surprised by the flavor of the cheese and the subtleness of the sauce. They partnered well together, neither overpowering the other. The crust was arguably the best part. Nice crisp and char! I am looking forward to returning with my family and eating a pie on the patio.

Pretty close to perfection. Very floppy and could have a little more cheese…
