Ceres

Honestly I’ve been to Italy before and that was my #1 best pizza. #2 is John’s of bleaker st but it’s different style this is American style and I’d say this is the #1 best American style pizza so overall #3 on my list

In town for meetings and visiting my oldest son, we stopped by Ceres for a cheese pizza. They elevate the classic with organic sourdough, San Marzano tomatoes, mozzarella, and custom cave-aged scamorza from a small New Jersey farm, finished with Tuscan olive oil. A thoughtfully crafted pie with premium ingredients at its core.

Best pizza I have ever had. Tried the Vodka special and it was amazing. The NDUJA was the best ever.

Amazing slice quality sauce.

A masterpiece. In a league of its own. Erases everyone else off the map.

Got the Nudja Pie, veryyyyyy interesting flavor. It’s good, sauce was not like anything I’ve had before. Same with the cheese and sausage has a nice kick to it. Wasn’t too big on the crust. Other that a good pie. I actually think the pizza was better cold after a few hours than hot which sounds crazy. But still a good pizza. Next time I will get just the cheese or tomato pie. Now is it worth $86 (with fees and $10 tip)? Ehhhhhh. Still must a must try.

Coal fired but the crust was over burnt. A little thin but great flavors.

crust: 9.5 sauce: 8/10 cheese: 9/10

Unbelievable slice. Sourdough crust, very light, perfect ratio. A good sign is when you can put four slices down no problem.

Waiting 2.5 hrs for this pie and it was well worth it . Just plan ahead instead of just walking in . Amazing pie .

It’s really great but I didn’t think it was life changing or the best I’ve ever ate.

Great pizza. Definitely one of the fanciest pizzas I’ve had. Electric oven. Nice bake. Dough was firm underneath but soft and doughy on the crust. Get there early, pre orders made the wait a few hours for those not there on time. You can pre-order pies also day before from what another customer told me.

Sauce is unreal. Perfect crisp. No joke.

Good pizza didn’t break into the 9s for me 🤷flavor could have been more powerful and long lasting

Perfect crisp, incredible sauce, worth the wait
