Perfect crust. There was parm on top which I enjoyed but my bf did not prefer parm. Keep that in mind. They don’t have pepperoni pizza here? Why? Idk. That’s just New York baby.

Best tomato pie I ever ate. Comes well done, very neat. Tremendously tangy sauce. People say it’s better than the cheese I do find that hard to believe based off pictures but I’ll be back for that another time

Ceres is perfect. Rushfanpizzadude will not get there. Folks haven’t clue. Ceres is a perfect masterpiece. The star of the party is the mushroom pie. Also the white pie. This would be hard for Rushfanpizzadude to eat, as he is on strict orders to avoid anything that tastes great or might get in the way of his highly healthy protein shakes twice a day. Dave does reviews of pizza not based on taste. He has no taste buds in his gaping mouth. He’s great. Comparing this to rushfanpizzadude’s usual 6.2 pizza is like comparing late Beethoven to KISS Destroyer. Or Rush A Farewell to Kings to Power Windows (Rushfanpizzadude fav). Or Schubert Winteriesse to Brittany Spears. Don’t be a schmuck and avoid this place. It is not too expensive considering the ingredients. Best pizza in the USA is Ceres, Sally’s and Maple Glen. Full stop. Good luck amateurs.

Tried both the Nduja and Tomato, it is impossible for me to imagine a better pizza. Had a ton of pizza in NYC, but this is the only one that genuinely wowed me. Leaving .1 for the pizza Jesus himself makes, but other than that this is perfection.

Overrated is an understatement. Gorgeous presentation but this is some hypebeast private equity trying to hard to be cool pizza. I love well done but this was overcooked, dry, bland sauce, and just generally lacked taste. And for $40 and a 2 hour wait?! I can think of at least 15 better pizzas in NY. Sorry portnoy got this wrong and his sheep are too. (Still yummy, it’s not like gross or anything, but someone needs to speak truth here!)

Incredible slice… zero flop, thin, crispy, and flavorful. This is a must have in NYC. Staff is phenomenal at what they do!

$45 for a pizza is insane. Would I pay it again? No. But this is fantastic

Greatest cheese I’ve ever had on a slice of pizza. Very good use of parm. Sauce had a little bit of sweetness and tang to it which really complimented the cheese. The Crust was a little too charred for my liking but it just depends on if you like it that way or not. In my opinion make the crust a nice crispy golden and you get a 10/10 from me. Overall 9.3 probably the greatest slices I’ve ever tasted.

Felt like a pilgrimage stop while waiting for this pie. Had numerous conversations with others who were as excited as me to try this pizza. It delivered on all accounts. Ingredients felt on another level. Cooked perfectly. Presentation was iconic. Do it!!!!!

When social media pushes for thin and crispy and you end up with matzoh crust. Sauce sour. Cheese light. Don't trust the insta.

Believe the hype: this is indeed one of the best pizzas Manhattan has to offer. Yes, my friend and I waited nearly over 30 minutes to just place the order and 45 minutes to pick it up (not to mention it was over $40 for one pie), but it was worth it. It has that classic thin NY style where you hear the crisp the second you bite into it. It’s a great combination of flavor between the sauce and cheese that’s balanced well, not overpowering the other. There’s not much grease.

A rookie score but a fair score for a new NY superstar. Unreal crisp, super crunchy if that’s your thing and absolutely zero flop. Sauce was solid and cheese was good. Crust was not as airy as it looked, and it slides into my 1b tier - top top stuff, but slightly behind the Lucali, John’s of the world.
