I’ve had pizza all over the world. I live in Boston, and this is my favorite pizza by a long shot. As a matter of fact, I hardly eat pizza any more other than at Ceres because it’s that good - nothing else compares. IMHO. Which means I have to go to NYC to enjoy it - and that only happens 2 or 3 times a year!

Tight quarters w major pizza fans all around. Pizza was amazing in every way. Love the sauce, cheese and crust. Bubble trouble bubble trouble was present on multiple pieces. Don’t miss this spot!

This pizza is amazing and has strong flavors. I didn’t notice it at first, but after letting the pizza settle for 5 to 7 minutes, the taste was phenomenal! Great balance and good crisp. Good texture, quality ingredients and not too much flop. Well worth the wait and I highly recommend it!

Spectacular pizza and worth the effort. Charging extra for a box is ridiculous and insulting given the price of the pizza

The best pizza I’ve ever had. Absolutely lived up to the hype. Sauce and crust were phenomenal and the cheese was great even as well done. Dave’s middle name ‘Crispy’ was certainly present in this pie. Outstanding Pizza

On the cheese, which is how this score is based, there is very little sauce Execution - bake and ingredients are spectacular Sauce - way too little. However, the taste is stellar Cheese - an outstanding taste and chew. The combination used is dead perfect, and clearly high quality Dough - really jumps out. Perfect crunch, and a beautiful taste. Subtle yet tasty. They have nailed the process Prokofiev said, “I detest imitation, I detest hackneyed devices.” This cannot be imitated. Bonus tomato pie review. Stunning in every way: 9.3

Perfect crust. There was parm on top which I enjoyed but my bf did not prefer parm. Keep that in mind. They don’t have pepperoni pizza here? Why? Idk. That’s just New York baby.

Best tomato pie I ever ate. Comes well done, very neat. Tremendously tangy sauce. People say it’s better than the cheese I do find that hard to believe based off pictures but I’ll be back for that another time
