Champion Pizza

This is a combined review of 3 different pizza styles: - 6.7 Mac and Cheese square slice - great crunch and crispness to slice. I may be biased in that I expect tang and sauce in my slice but found the Mac and Cheese to be bland to my liking. - 8.4 Buffalo chicken slice hits you with not only great crisp on the crust but a lot of spice on the sauce. This is how a buffalo chicken slice (I still don’t consider it real pizza) should be done but be warned if you don’t have a spice tolerance - 7.9 cheese slice - solid with great crust and balance between cheese and sauce. Can you get better? Sure - but not in a subway station at 10pm. I tilted the overall score higher to 8.1 due to the amazing variety and selection that this location offers even well into the night. Worth checking out when traveling through Columbus Circle
