Champion Pizza

12 bites, everyone knows the rules. Between all the accolades and celeb pics on the wall, i was expecting a lot and it was just Very ok, expected more. Wanted more flavor, esp w/ the crust, was very bland. Cooked nicely though, good crisp.

Very underwhelming for a place with great reviews. The cheese and dough taste of nothing. But if you’re starving grab a slice. Price point is better than the taste.

good solid pizza, a bit greasy but nice crunch and flavor

It’s been a while since I’ve been SO impressed by just a plain slice! Went back for seconds. The artichoke Sicilian was also incredible! Highly recommended. I’ve been missing out! Bonus points - the owner has 11 stores over NYC & is apparently big on giving back to the community.

Sauce is sweet - a bit too sweet for my liking. Cheese has a nice hold, not too oily though some clumped together. Flop is solid, and crust is crunchy and crispy.

So the pizza is thin yet doughy. Oil drips basic pie

Thin, no flop. Little runny, slice is consistent. Good sauce tang.

Good, not great. Thin but not crispy except for the nice crunchy crust. Screen printing on the bottom which is a minus. The pepperoni itself was excellent.

Not great. Rookie move on Dave not going square pie.

Super thin, good crisp, mild flavor

Crust is a little burnt, a little spice on the old world pepperoni’s, not a bad slice but Nothing special.

A really like how thin it. Makes the slices easy to eat. Crust doesn’t look like much, but was actually pretty good. A little too much cheese and I wish there was more sauce. Either way, really good, solid football pizza.
