Charlie Mac's Pizzeria Derry, NH 03038

Not quite thin crust not quite doughy. Somewhere in between. Flavor was good but the cheese was a bit chewy. Slightly undercooked so the dough was also a bit chewier than we would have liked.

Upon first glance, looked like it was going to get a monster score. Overall, slice was good. Thin crust, but it was a bit doughy and could have used an extra minute in oven. Sauce was good, but amount was light. The cheese blend had more Parmesan than other places, which I don’t like as much but my two other friends enjoyed.

The Joey - marinated chicken, broccoli, garlic and alfredo sauce. Amazing. I asked for it well done.

LOTTA FLOP and the "Crust" is very doughyither oven could be hotter or it could stay in for another 2 minutes. Surprisingly not very greasy considering it's pepperoni which is good. Good overall flavor and inexpensive (under $19.00 for a 20" pie) salvages is from a low 5 to a low 6. It's a good, basic pie. It's football pizza which is ironic because they are closed on Sundays. It's no Regina's (but what is???) and Paisano's in town is better but this is less expensive and still enjoyable.

Family size 20” pie. Half cheese and pepperoni.

Super generic sauce. Too much flop. Pretty good cheese.

Terrible conveyer pizza. Wish this town could have a decent pizza joint. Place was clean and looked like they cared. But the pizza was awful
