Very solid pizza. Great crust. Sauce has a light flavor. Not overpowering. The cheese was like the perfect amount. Maybe a little heavy but that’s being picky. Good undercarriage - had a bit of salt to it which added to the flavor. As always, minus a point for square cut. Would be an 8.2 if it were not square cut.
