Charred Brick Oven

Excellent Neapolitan pizza. Sauce is delicious. Crust is perfectly cooked with a lot of flavor. Reminds me of a pie you’d get in Italy

Grandma pie, great ingredients but the dough was tough.

This looks like a neapolitan style but it more like a bat pie. Really good dough. Sauce could use more flavor but it was excellent

I’m about to say something I’ve NEVER said in my life and that is: The crust is the best part of the slice. I absolutely love the crust of this place. Last week I came here for first time, been back already. Can’t stop, won’t stop. Brick oven pizza, no slices. Specialty pies are even better from the looks and my visit last week. Has a bar, nice date spot.

Stopped by on the fly at this place today. I am glad that I did too. Charred Brick Oven is definitely a place worth for repeat visits. If you’re are into thin (and I mean “thin”) pizza made with the freshest of ingredients, look no further. ✔️Very tasty sauce ✔️ Just the right amount of fresh mozzarella ✔️ A crust that is crisp and tasty on the bite. The crust was my favorite part because it had that brick oven taste in it. This place only serves 12” Personal Pies. No slices! Excellent and worth the trip

Got two different pies 1 sausage 1 ala Vodka on the sausage pizza there was way too much sauce so it was a little soupy over all thin crust little doughy tasting the aka vodka way way better and tasty good cheese all pies are personal size

Very tasty charred styled pizza. Thin crust with major flop. Light amounts of sauce with delicious cheese. This was the margherita pizza, the closest they had to the cheese. Drawbacks include the cost per pizza ($14 for the largest), and the size of the pizza. It would’ve been in the mid to high 8’s for me if this wasn’t the case. Need to sell a larger size for a higher review and make it more affordable for more people to eat. Also investing in a warmer may help with takeout orders. Kudos to Charred for opening during the pandemic though. Good atmosphere inside the shop as well, with a slick bar set up.

Got the Broccoli Rabe, Pesto, and Pear pies. All the flavors are there but they need to work on their crust. It’s too soggy and chewy.
