Chicago pizza is no where close to what NY pizza is, but Frederick is limited, so I do what I can for the troops. I got a thin crust because deep dish is stupid. Pizza is cut wrong, squares are inefficient, because the middle has no crust. Crust was doughy, and could’ve had a few more minutes on the oven. Cheese and sauce were fine, with good ratios. TLDR: pizza was what I’d expect a chain place. I tried to be unbiased, but NO where near NY style pizza. Stay hungry
