We have been waiting to come here for quite some time and finally had the opportunity. It did not disappoint. One bite, more like eat the whole pizza. We had the Spain in my A!!!, mozzarella, special tomato since, pepperoni and mascarpone dollars. Perfect char except middle could be cooked a little longer. The tomato sauce was absolutely amazing. With 2 cheeses thought it would be a bit cheesier but honestly this pizza was so good. Best in Peoria for sure. We usually have hot sauce on pizza and this one def didn’t need. Will be back!

By far the best pizza in the area that I’ve had. Perfect cheese to sauce ratio, with delicious crispy crust around the outside. Only complaint is that the pizza was a little floppy when you pick it up, but the taste more than makes up for that.

This might be a “ Rookie Score”! The sauce was fresh, cheese good, crust crispy with some bubbles although had a little flop. Going back again to try just a cheese pie to be fair, “ The gold standard “. So try it, ask for a crispy crust and give it a score. Remember everyone knows the rules one bite.
