Cheesy Charlie

Good thin crust and balanced sauce. Cheese was good, just needed more. No flop.

Cheese and sauce get two thumbs-up! Crust is chewy - no crunch on this pie, but the taste is there. Might have been over-floured, or maybe a couple more minutes in the oven. Nice staff, definitely will return! Solid 7 (not a rookie score)!

Stopped in today when they opened. Drove from the Philly area. It’s a very small shop, lots of lot parking near bye. Pizza itself was right out the oven. Good crunch, good amount of cheese and sauce. Not too greasy, just right. I wouldn’t make the trip from Philly more than once, but if I lived in the Lehigh valley, this would be a regular spot. Met the owner. Props for a female run business.

Overall a solid pie! Crunchy crust despite the 25 min drive in the box. Cheese was fresh but slightly over salty IMO... sauce was on point. Solid pie!

To date thus is the best pizza i have tried in the lehigh valley. Dough, sauce, cheese all had great flavor. Pizza cooked perfectly, the only flop was at the last 2" my only critique would be the end crust could be slightly thinner. But that's just me nit picking to create a perfect slice. I would travel for this pizza.

Pretty thin, crispy crust,moderate flop, greasy, good flavor. Sauce and cheese ratio on point. I would recommend you try it.

New place that opened in September. Not too floppy and I liked the spices and cheeses they used. Good flavor. Give them a try
