Yes. It’s that good… an 8️⃣.5️⃣8️⃣5️⃣9️⃣5️⃣9️⃣ all day long because you know why? I said so.
Stumbled on this as I’m sitting at a red light and looking at a building I have no idea what it was; but I saw the Flag of Italy in one of the windows. Then it hit me, it’s s pizza shop, with a truly messed up name that I still had/have a hard time wondering what it was called??????I figured what the heck, even though the place has very little curb appeal it’s prolly owned by an Italian so, I’ll give it a whirl. Extremely delighted I did.
First time there was 1/25/23. Second time last week. 5/9/23
Both time it’s an 8.58 to 8.6. Consistency is key in the pizza game, and this place gets that.
This pizza is made wit LuV … no doubt about that.
Good ‘ol Brooklyn guy spinning thin crust NY Style pizzas down in good ‘ol SuNNy FLa🌞Don’t let the place fool ya. It’s small. It’s unique. It’s rustic. It screams NY. Vincent is the best! He’s Chefing It Up alright. . . and that’s why this is in the “drive an hour to experience this place” type of joint.
Bonus: homemade cannoli’s and tiramisu. Made by Vincent as well. They are absolutely in the 9.2 range. I’m not shittin’, he has got a menu where everything he makes is perfect and just the way he wants it. And that’s the customer to love their food.
Go see Vincent. Now.
