Starting with the negatives: quite greasy and a little sloppy, very soft crust that had a lot of flop. However this is good pizza. Nice flavor throughout, and it’s so light. The crust has amazing flavor.

Tasty but floppy, bad undercarriage.

I had high hopes for CHB but the pizza was just alright. This was the Trenton Napoli pie and it pales in comparison to Trenton pizza. Light, airy, floppy are the 3 words I’d use to describe this. AMAZING beer though.

A little too quick

Outstanding Trenton Napoli , Brussels Char pizzas . Flavorful red sauce and nicely charred crust

Light and airy. Good taste. Good char on under carriage. Nice cheese and sauce ratio. Could eat a lot of slices.

mediocre pizza, definitely not ordering from here again. pizza was burnt as shit on one side and cheese and sauce we’re “eh”

Thin crust, good flop, little Char on the crust.
