Plain (cheese) pie was really really good , nice crunch , low oil , no flop . Pardon the day - after photo (btw- it’s an 8 the day after in toaster oven)

Standard Neapolitan fare. Decent, but nothing special.

Alright kiddies my homework is late by nearly a week cut me some slack alright? So we left grandma at home this time and rolled with the traditional pie. This wood fired classic brings integrity with exceptional flavor. The undercarriage is an area of improvement which brings this bite to mid 7 tier

Really good you have to try the Big Papa

This is the best plain pie I’ve had in the area. Perfectly cooked crispy/light flavorful crust. Sauce was flavorful not too tangy. Not too oily and little to no flop. Very impressive. Dave needs to go here.

Terrible. Ordered 2.5 hours ago and still hasn’t arrived. Didn’t get a 0.0 only because I probably shouldn’t be eating pizza anyways
