It taste good when ya need a quick pizza fix, but that flop needs serious improvement

My first review. This is called the grandma special. It’s a little off script as this is not a traditional pie but a thin crust flat bread style. My take: very robust and flavorful. Sauce was tangy and sweet. Couple cheeses on the pie and mozzarella had a nice brown. Cooked just right. Crust was nice flaky on the edges. Def floppy and would be tough to eat with hands. I used fork and knife...no biggie. Not an issue with me but the pie is very sauce and oil heavy. Loaded. Also some may not dig the pesto-ish herb drizzle. I like the herbs so it was fine for me. Overall, I really liked it and would order again. For a little town joint next town over from me, worth the drive. Nice find.

Average slice of za. Pretty greasy and wasnt very crunchy. The sauce was average and the cheese was good.

Moderate flop, lots of cheese, lots of sauce. Moderately doughy, yet some crispiness to the crust edges. The sauce had a little bit of tang and was not too sweet. Overall a solid football pizza, would eat it anytime, but it is not a pizza I would travel a long distance for.

Good tasting sauce. Good sauce/cheese ratio. Nice crisp crust. Average Flop. Above average pizza.
