Chiaro's Pizzeria & Resturant - Sellersville

My first review. This is called the grandma special. It’s a little off script as this is not a traditional pie but a thin crust flat bread style. My take: very robust and flavorful. Sauce was tangy and sweet. Couple cheeses on the pie and mozzarella had a nice brown. Cooked just right. Crust was nice flaky on the edges. Def floppy and would be tough to eat with hands. I used fork and knife...no biggie. Not an issue with me but the pie is very sauce and oil heavy. Loaded. Also some may not dig the pesto-ish herb drizzle. I like the herbs so it was fine for me. Overall, I really liked it and would order again. For a little town joint next town over from me, worth the drive. Nice find.
