Chicago Brewing Company

I never go for a Chicago deep dish so I’m not real sure how this stacks up. Seemed good. Pretty filling. I maybe would have liked a little more cheese but nothing too offensive here. A lot of cornmeal and a tad salty but I think that’s par for the course with this style. A 6.8 seems fair. Maybe I should have gone with a thin crust since that’s more my style. Not bad though.

The crust is great and worth the trio alone. The cheese melt is on point. Probably my favorite oart about this place is being able to play Craps at Four Queens while waiting in my pizza then I get to watch other people gamble while I eat. One of the most unique views of any pizzeria.

Good pizza and beer, a little salty but good

If you know pizza and I say “old timey” pizza, you’ll know what I mean. Crisp crust. Good cheese and sauce. Nice toppings. Reminds me of my youth.

For sure was good pizza! Didn’t cut the pizza traditionally but the garlic knots were amazing!

Cheesy, sauce is tangy and thick, crust is thick with soft crunch. Great pizza for only 9.99

Very cheesy, good tasting crust, good volume no flop

Okay pizza just solid football pizza
