Chicago Fire

In the words of Dave, this pizza looks so good it makes me wanna f*ckin cry. we ordered a regular cheese pie with regular chunky sauce and good Lord. Even on the Chicago pizza scale this pie is an 8.0. Some might call it a rookie score, I say you can’t discount a tenth of the scoring spectrum. What pushed it past the 7.9 was really the crust and lightness of the pie. Buttery, crispy crust that was like a damn pillow on the inside. It satisfies as a chicago pie should, but you can pack down 4 slices like it’s nothin. Been a ChiFi fan for nearly 20 years and this location is keeping the torch lit from the old Folsom OG location. Incredible freakin pie.
