Hefty hefty worth the drive

The crust was nice and thin but the cheese reminded me of the cheese that dominos uses. There wasn’t too much sauce either. Overall it was bland and shouldn’t represent Chicago style pizza.

Deep dish is crap everywhere. But this thin crust cheese hit the spot. Crispy. No flop. Low grease. What chicago should he known for. Hot dog was also right on the money 8.8 on the dog.

Classic Chicago crust, chewey but fluffy and light with a good butter taste. Cheese is definitely high quality and there is a lot of it. Sauce was top notch. To me sauce is the most important and this is great. Only cons is I’m not sure how this would do reheated and the sauce falls off the cheese really easily. Can’t complain, it’s Chicago style deep dish

Ok sports fans. I would like to welcome you to our weekly pizza review as we enjoy yet another slice of combined dough, cheese, and sauce. I really do like the flavor combinations they've done here. The sauce does have a bit of tang and the cheese seems legit. The only crisp is on the end which works for me....... HOWEVER. This is NOT NY style. Its a Chicago deep dish. I am reviewing this under protest as it goes against what the founding fathers of our pizza consortium values have been established under. No offense to the restaurant and owner. It is a good pie, but not what we were supposed to be reviewing. Anyways, for all of you that don't care and want a good pie, come on down. If I was in the market for a thick slice, we I would come back. Get outside and check the friendly skies soon. I will posting a code via airplane sky writer. Excellent deep dish pizza. Some might be NY thin crust purists but if your sole mission is to find the best pizza places in Vegas, this is one of them. Don’t be afraid to go deep!

Good pizza, sauce had a good tang. The crust was not what I was looking for tho. More of a pot pie crust than a pizza crust. I’m not mad at it. PS no where to sit, take out place.

Amazing slice of pizza!

Top tier Chicago style deep dish pizza with the best pizza sauce I’ve ever had. Excellent cheese to sauce ratio, well done underbelly. Would 100% recommend to anyone in the Valley.
