Chinkapin Brewing

One bite everybody knows the rules. Great undercarriage, crispy and light. Not any overdone top like some other reviews. Maybe a touch less grease on top to be in the 8’s but really solid pizza.

The pizza I received was burnt heavily on one side and greasy. The cheese sticks I ordered had some kind of sauce on them when the menu doesn't say that, and I found the atmosphere to be overstimulating.

Nothing too special. Nice crunch, everything else was average.

Good solid pizza. Fresh. Fluffy crust with a crispness.

I took more than 1 bite and I definitely know the rules!!! Very solid slice. Super flavorful, the only critique would be for the crust to be crispier. But I did eat it 15mins after it cooled.
