Chizona's Pizza

Was in Scottsdale for the weekend so I naturally had to try a place that is inspired by Chicago pizza. It was alright. Crust was pretty spot on but could’ve been crispier. A little longer in the oven would’ve crisped the crust and caramelized the cheese. Cheese was a little runny and greasy. I wish there was a little more sauce too because it was hard to taste. We ordered several types and we all agreed that the Italian beef and giardiniera was the best. Pictured is the sausage which was pretty standard. If you want something similar to Chicago style, I’d recommend it, but obviously wouldn’t stack up to the real thing up north. Bonus points that the prices were very reasonable! Friendly staff, and quick pickup.
