12” cheese pie from the Appleton location. Had high hopes because I always had great pizza in the Oshkosh location. Ok for starters, way under cooked under carriage, all flop. Sauce was a sweater, which was fine but on the light side for amount of sauce on the pie. Cheese was best part of the pizza, but maybe a little too much on it.
To be fair, i ordered it for pick-up. They said 20 min- I was there in 22min and it was sitting in a box in the hot box. So that could be the reason why it was super floppy. I really believe if the under carriage had a little crisp it would be 7+. So I’m going to have a pie in the future in house and re-score, but for the time being 6.3 it is.
