(Technically called Pasquales) This could be the upset of the century…The goal is to try all the pizza places in the county, so I finally had the courage to go to Charles Entertainment Cheese. Around Covid they came up with a new recipe to try to make money delivering pizzas when they were shut down; and that has created some pretty decent chain pizza. The crust was very good with a salty and buttery finish, the cheese was solid but definitely not fresh, and the sauce was nothing special. (I did try a slice of pepperoni, which was significantly worse than the cheese - but that’s not part of the review since it’s cheese only.) 7.3 is about as high a national pizza chain can go (mostly because of freshness), but it would be hard to argue that CEC is not a top tier chain in the US.
