Incredible Tasting Pizza!

Ciao Baby in Collierville is probably the best pizza in Memphis. It has a story and rich history from the owner who started it. The Bianca has cream zesty bite from the sauce and the crust is crunchy and chewy but not doughy. Put it under my No Ranch Required™️ list. Overall great job good pizza for a good price.

The sauce is the best part to me. It’s sweet and tastes very fresh. It has a floppy undercarriage. The center was not cool all the way through but the crust is amazing. A very thin pizza. Could use more cheese in my opinion. Came on a Friday night and every seat in the building was taken and for good reason. The best pizza in the area and I gladly drive 45 mins for it.

The crust is very airy. The sauce is on point.

Got the Margherita. Neapolitan style, so tons of flop and virtually NO crisp. There was a lot more breadiness to the crust in some places than I expected for a Neapolitan. Pretty decent flavor overall, however the more I ate it, the more the sauce reminded me of Spaghetti-O’s sauce. I gonna go...6.9. That’s a review!

Best pizza in Memphis hands down, perfect crust. Owner was nice enough to come out and make sure everything was good, new go to spot for sure.

People were very nice and the pizza looked great. Neapolitan pizza isn’t my favorite but we judge cheese. Taste was lacking especially on the sauce and crust.

Chicken Parmigiana Alfredo. Good balance. Nice crust is still there. Chicken was seasoned well, Alfredo sauce consistency nice. Very good.
