I also had the Sophia which is also similar to that square. This is hands down one of my favorite pizza joints! Wish they were in Jersey!! Fantastic sauce, cheese is perfect and the crust with the sesame seeds is a home run!!!

Alright frankie. No flop, thicker crust than usual. Pretty cheesy and the sauce is sweet. The sesame seeds are ok but it doesnt make the slice better. Its ok football pizza. Thats a review

The sesame seed crust is a brilliant idea. Really ads a delicious treat to the end of the slice. No flop. Pretty crispy dough. Good cheese to sauce ratio. Slight tang. 👌🏻

Sophia Loren pie from Ciccio’s is Pizza you will crave and even dream about. I’ve sent many a friend, family & even people I don’t like to Ciccio’s for a Sophia Loren. Their other pizzas are great (especially squares) and their dishes are also banging. That pic is what you might call ‘pizza porn’ that I keep on my phone to show people what I’m talking about.

The sesame seeds are a game changer. This slice was pretty darn good. Nice cheese to sauce ratio and not at all greasy!

This slice may have been left out for a while. It may have been better if it was fresh out of the oven. Just an okay typical Brooklyn slice. Sesame seeds on the crust were negligible. Blah

Wow. This is a really good slice. Amazing tasting sauce. The sesame seeds on the crust give it an interesting flavor that I haven't had anywhere else. I will be returning.

One of the best slices in Brooklyn it’s the quintessential New York slice with the sesame seeds on the crust make it super 🔥🔥🔥 high score yes and it deserves it. Must have slice !
