This is similar in style to what you would get at any Northern Michigan bar. While those pizzas tend to be a greasy mess that feels slopped together. This pizza is not greasy and has a fantastic ratio of sauce to dough ratio.

Sweet lord, Michigan pizza again. Eye test- thick and greasy. Taste test- Chewy and doughy. Taste is below average. Ratio poor. Too much cheese. Too much dough. Perfect for Giants fans after a loss, which would bring you here weekly. Ugh. Poor Interlochen campers.
