Excellent pie for a Whiskey Bar. Wood Fire pizza is always a go to for me. Decent amount of char, good flavor. A little floppy for my liking. Ditch the metal tray and use a wood board to serve. Chorizo lacks a little flavor, hoping it’s not beef. Overall, this is a very good pizza experience.

Had very high hopes for this place from friend's recommendations. First off, this was a gorgeous fucking pizza. Wood fired, and charred to perfection. The one gripe to this pizza was the flop. You pick up a slice, and everything slides right off, leaving soggy dough. Sauce was par, cheeses were decent, but the crust was out of this world good. If they thickened up the dough just a tad, this is a mid 8 pizza. However, it's a #FloppyPieceOfShit.

The crust was absolutely the best part about this pizza. One of the best crusts I've ever had. The cheese and sauce were just average and it was entirely way too floppy. I tried both the four cheese pizza with sauce and the smoky mozzarella pizza. Same review for both, although I did enjoy the four cheese a little more.

Fancy Pizza, and just ok. Would have given it a lower score, but they served alcohol...which helps
