Classic Neapolitan style pie, my favorite type of pie. Sauce is super zesty, I like that best about this pie. Cheese is okay, nothing wrong with it. Basil is a nice touch, and the crust/under-crust is light and crispy.
**We did order the pie extra crispy, that always makes a Neapolitan style pie better. Note that in your pizza files.
