There’s a lot to unpack here. Borderline overpriced. Usually, a fancy style faux Italian margherita is light and soft, only occasionally do you find one with some crisp. This was soft but very doughy. Mozz not adequately melted. They added Parmesan, which in my book is always a nono (for other styles it’s allowed, but I never like to add it). It overpowered all other flavors. I don’t even know if the sauce was good, too heavy on the added parm. Olive oil added on top, an unnecessary move. Last but not least: I ordered this pizza for takeout, and they did not slice it. If you are in Italy, you sit at a restaurant, you cut a pizza with a knife and fork. Sorry I have to go low on this. An average flat five minus a point for not slicing it.
