Ciro's Pizzeria & Beerhouse is permanently closed. This review is for Prince Street Pizza at 415 Market Street. Rating for the pepperoni square only. They are out here murdering an institution. The pepperoni square from Prince Street Pizza is arguably my favorite slice of all time. I originally rated the round cheese slice at their NY location an 8.5 with their pepperoni square easily being 9.1+ This slice is not at the Prince Street Pizza standard. It was overly charred and lacked chew and flavor. The pepperonis are still some of the best in the business and the bit of spice that I did get was lovely. It is still a decent slice overall; but knowing how good it should be, I left extremely disappointed. Looking through the numerous positive Yelp reviews, maybe this was a bad night for the shop. Or maybe folks just don’t realize how amazing Prince Street Pizza really is.

Not bad... Considering it was reheated and just cheese. Sauce is a little cheap tasting, crispy decent crust despite a lot of flop. Overall pretty good

Great flavor, no crunch until you get to the crust, some flop but not a whole lot, not too much grease, you can tell it’s fresh ingredients, could use about another minute or two in the oven for that subtle crunch. Would def go again

Pizza has a great crunchy crust. No sog. Nice flavor to the crust and sauce. Would def come back.

***NEW YORK STYLE*** Pretty crispy, medium flop. Reminds me a lot of an actual slice you could get in New York. Crust could be a little better but overall a pretty good slice. Decent thickness for the pepperoni.

Nice crisp. Had the supreme slice and a spinach and ricotta cheese slice. I had been drinking but seriously thought it was delicious

Alright Frankie, had to go here to compare my palette to the pres. The cheese slice is thin with a crispy crust. Good reheat. Could use some more spices and tang. Grease is average
