Civerinos

It's an alright pizza, the cheese is good and oddly milky in some spots where they mix the cheese, the sauce was good, the crust was soft but a little crunchy and there was little flop.

Margherita £3.95 per slice and they are generous slices. 7.8 Civerinos classic Italian sausage and burrata 8.2 This is the portobello location.

Alright Frankie, it's a 6.1 for the golden medal slice. Very little flop and lacking flavour

Fantastic New York style pizza. The best I’ve had in Edinburgh so far. Great cheese, brilliant sauce, and cooked by people who know what they’re doing. Great stuff!

*Disclaimer: the pizza was ordered in so was not hot and looked like it has been through the tumble dryer. I tried to account for this in the scoring in order to be fair. So... The pizza didn’t live up to the hype of other reviews. The base was thin and crisp which is my preference. Sauce was pretty good but could have done with more and cheese was decent. Solid pizza but nothing special. Also... £12 for a margarita you expect to be wowed. Can’t say I will be rushing to the restaurant

What a pizza. One of the BEST pizzas I’ve ever ate. So crunchy, sauce game on fleek, sausage unbelievable, sugo was amazing. Must go to!

A transcendent experience from start to finish. ‘The Civerinos’ zero flop, amazingly crispy yet light crust. Flavours incredible, sausage and rosemary star players here. Rookie number in this review.
