So here’s the first Hells kitchen pizza review. There’s tons of pizzerias littered all across Hells kitchen but none of them have that stand out name recognition... so when I walk into a pizza joint over here I don’t have high expectations. Although this time I was presently surprised... since we can only go on a slice by slice basis this one in particular was pretty darn good. Maybe it was because the girl was on the phone too long I left my slice in a little longer than she would have but in any event it had a nice crisp crunchy bite to it. The cheese fairly good and the dough was not too thick and and certainly not too doughy.. most of the ductions come from the lack of sauce as well as the sauce flavor. All in all a pretty good prototypical New York slice...7.2 that’s the review
