Can already see nice char on the crust. This is going to burn my face off. I know the rule is one bite only... but this is phenomenal. Might be the best pizza I've had outside of Connecticut. Sweet San Morzono sauce with the sprinkling of peccorino. God bless the coal fire!!! Best pizza in KYW. Almost apizza

Awesome fresh homemade sauce, really good crunch on the crust, I could have had a little more cheese but overall delicious and a fair price point.
