Sourdough pizza crust. Different from traditional but in a good way. Sauce has great flavor. A little greasy and some flop but crust was solid, nice and crunchy.

Prosciutto Pizza. Trust me I was skeptical AF when my sourdough wood fired pie came out with a whole ass salad on it. It was a sensory experience eating this pie I tell ya. It tastes like a cheese pizza with enhanced flavor. Nothing weird and not soggy. Little to no flip and the best pie crust I’ve had in a minute. Can’t mess up a wood fire pizza, but this was no ordinary pie!!

Very good wood fired pizza. Great crust, sauce, undercarriage...one of the best in the valley.
