Coal Fired Pizza

Looked great, smelled great, but it was super soggy, was actually unbearable to eat because the dough tasted like sh*t. Sauce was garbage too.

Execution - perfect Ratio- perfect Overall - good, nice taste Cheese- subtle, very nice Sauce- adds to the taste. Perfect robust tomato taste, not sweet or full of spice but high quality Dough- crisp, taste neutral but certainly doesn’t subtract. Nice char that isn’t overwhelming Curly Neal said,” You gotta have a niche. Mine is dribbling.” Niche at this joint is good food which is rare. Eggplant entree bonus review- 7.3 good eggplant impossible to find. This beats most restaurants!

Serious flip, good chewy dough with a crisp on the bottom. Subtle tasting cheese & sauce consistently throughout. Lil greasy but tasty.

Absolutely love this pizza. While there might be some flop, it’s a tremendous experience of flavor and true New Jersey pizza

Surprisingly a really good slice. Crispy, tasty. I never hear anything about this place and this is only the second review on the app but it’s pretty good

Dough is great, sauce is lacking, mozzarella is completely flavorless
