Real solid. Didn’t really hold its heat for long and I’ll definitely get extra cheese next time. But a solid pie nonetheless.

if you’re not ordering a cheese pizza, your score is DISREGARDED. BEST and to my knowledge ONLY coal fired pizza in Chicago. This is the truth, guy. the crisp is there that coal flavor is strong... the cheese is where its set apart. look you’re gonna like this dude.

Good looking pie. The sauce was not great but good. The slice was thin and clean, but wasn't crispy enough. I think Frankie would agree.

Solid slice. Tastes like NY style but with the lightness of a neopolitan. Basil is fresh, great sauce/cheese/ratio. Sauce is good, nothing out of the ordinary. Thin crust

Fairly greasy and had a lot of flop but the taste of the cheese and the tang in the sauce make up for it

Damn good pizza. I wish we got the regular pepperoni without the ricotta cheese. Great flavor but I think we got fancy with the order. Thin crust and it was FAST to the table.

First review so I have to go Rookie score. Pepperoni & Ricotta from Coalfire Pizza. EVERYBODY KNOWS THE RULES. Nowhere near traditional Chicago style pizza, more of an East Coast vibe. The char on the crust is a nice touch; however, the crust could’ve been crispier for how thin it is. Garlic and basil isn’t overpowering. It could use a little more mozz near the center but really good overall taste. Solid 8, it’s a review.

Solid Neopolitan style pizza! Ingredients were spot on. The coal gives the crust great flavor.
