Pizza came out scorching hot. Has good flavor but a bit greasy. Crust was decent but it can’t be the best in bourbon country

Perfect undercarriage. Bubble crust. Little flop

We got the Saint Matthews Pizza. The Pizza has a solid crust, but the middle is very floppy and soggy. The sauce is also mediocre at best.

Just Cheese Very Greasy

Great crust, not too much sauce, no flop overall good pizza.

Deserves a second review, but 6.8 with lukewarm pizza (which was my fault) is high praise. Great place, great carry out over the phone service. Stay safe, stay healthy y’all.

Pretty unique flavor profile and ingredients in the Brownsbooro aka pepperoni. I could have used a little more sauce, but over all very good

A little floppy and a little greasy, but also really good. I’d do it again for sure.

So this obviously isn’t your standard cheese pizza in the picture. This pie had pepperoni and basil leaves. Coals is some of the top pizza in Louisville which obviously can’t be compared to NJ or Ny. But, this pizza is legit coal fired. They have brick ovens in view as soon as you walk in. No steel to be found. No flop Frankie. Thin style pizza burnt in the right spots, almost no grease. Boo-yaaa

This pie tasted a bit weird for the first bite, but ended up being a really enjoyable meal. No flop, definite italian style, pure sauce and good cheese.

Coal fired and pretty damn good, can be a bit wet. But good flavor & perfect crust!

Nice and light with a good crunch to it. Tastes very fresh and tasty. Nothing wrong with it, but nothing too special. 7.1 is a fair score

Definitely not football pizza. Coal-fired, locally themed, artisan pizza. Don’t plan on watching the game though. Just two TVs obscured by hanging lights. FYI - mushrooms suck.
