Coals Artisan Pizza

This was a good pizza. Had everything there good crust flavor and cook. Sauce and cheese had good flavor. The pizza had a good balance something I think most places lack around here. It was a good amount of cheese sauce and dough. Only negative was this pizza could have been stretched a little more consistent. It was kinda to thin in the sauce and cheese area and left most the dough in the crust. But still a great pie won’t be the last time I eat here.
