This thing was as stiff as a board. Zero flop. The cheese was really good, ratios were on point, and it was thin. Sauce had zero seasoning which really hampered the score. Was sweet like spaghetti O's and I like sweet sauce but it was too generic. Crust had a weird texture bc it was over floured and for something with 0 flop it wasn't crisp. Has potential but needs a whole new marinara recipe.

It’s really good slice with real flavor. A personal favorite of mine is their Pepperoni Wheels. Slice can be a little doughy but bottom has mice crisp. Great football pie. 7.9 that’s a review

Colandrea Pizza King had an 8.8, and for locals that’s the best slice you’d expect before having to go to Brooklyn. Softer crust. Even browning. No flop to speak of. This is a good slice, and for upstate New York, yeah they keep the title King. 8.3
