There’s a lot of potential here but it just didn’t quite make it into the 8’s for me. It’s light and thin which is awesome. Next time, I might ask to get to well done, because it wasn’t crispy at all, despite the color. There’s a mix of provolone and Romano along with the mozzarella. That, unfortunately, makes it as Dave would say, “very strong”. A little too strong for your every week football pie. It’s very good but very distinct. Needs more crisp and more sauce and we might be able to get into the 8’s. Good not great. I will try it again in the future.
