Decent slice, burnt my face off though. The skin on the roof of my mouth is peeling of as I write this. A little Cold Spring flop going on. Nice sauce, herbs. Good cheese performance and solid crust. It’s a Cold Spring bada bing.

Cheese slice is a 6.7 Margarita slice is superb 7.9 all day. Great traditional NYC dough with dollops of a bright tasting red sauce.
