This place has a great pizza. The margarita is better than the four cheese, though. Worth a trip. Okay little bar and small dining room.

As Dave said when he was in Troy and tried the Hangover cake at Defazios, my dick is on the floor (even tho I’m a female!)I’ve been in search all over New England for the perfect pizza and this is it. Absolute perfection. Dave, get up to Biddeford and try it. It’s fantastic.

Im going way below the community score for this one. Reallll floppy undercarriage, almost soupy on a couple slices. Definitely a tangy sauce, not usually my preference but I didn’t hate it on this pie. Saved by the crust, cheese and basil

Good pizza. Tangy sauce nice and cheesy went with Diavola bit on the spicy side. Crispy sort of, floppy undercarriage. Over all not bad.

First time and I’m thoroughly impressed. I ordered the 4 cheese (mozzarella, asiago, brie, gorgonzola) and struggled to handle the slices due to the amount of cheese but it was delicious nonetheless. The dough was fermented well giving the crust a crunchy but airy texture with a decent undercarriage. Sauce was house made and tasty. I ate the leftover slices cold the next day and they held up very well, gorgonzola is way more apparent the next day imo.

Great pizza! The crust is light and crunchy with great chew. The tomato sauce is unadulterated, fresh tomatoes. The cheese is excellent quality. Highly recommend. It’s worth traveling to get this pizza!

Really really great Neapolitan pizza. Incredibly thin crust so the bit of flop is inevitable. This will likely be my go-to pizza in the Biddeford area going forward.

Coletti’s Pizza is the quintessential hidden gem. The crust is very thin and yet crunchy where it should be. It is very similar to Lucali, only this pie tastes like it was made specifically for you. The pizza is a work of art and the owner is a real character. He loves his pizza and it shows. Frankly, I should rate it higher … love this pizza. I drive over an hour every time I am lucky enough to have a pie. Do not miss Coletti’s!

The old lady didn’t understand the rules all that much. However it was a strong pie, definitely one of the best pizza places in the area. A solid Authentic Italian thin crust style pie. Little flop but remains crispy, and the tang of the sauce and cheese makes up for it. 8.6 but definitely a 10 for the area.

🍕8.1🍕not a fancy place to eat at but I felt I was getting a home cook meal. Nothing wrong with that. I believe it was a wife an husband, that were super nice. Thin an crispy crust, light sauce an cheese(not greasy). No flop. Was a great pie and will be back(many more times)
