Not bad. Reminds me of franchise pizza but higher quality ingredients

Absolute masterclass here at Collinas. Very hard to find a better pie anywhere in Houston. Can’t say enough good things.

Great Pizza. Cooked well. Good Sauce. No flop. Better than most. Give it a shot.

The crisp undercarriage mixed with a doughy top gives it a unique taste. However, the doughy top gives it more flop than I would like. I wanted to give it a 7.7, but the flop held me back. Sauce and cheese is scarce towards the top. 20 inch pie, overall very happy with my purchase.

Pizza was ok. Had a good taste but just way too much dough. Staff was great and very nice.

Stronger than usual... but wow, it’s the NEW CHEESE. I would normally rank this in the mid to upper 7’s... but tonight I came in after a long day at the office. The 16” cheese pizza we ordered came out piping hot & looking a little different than normal. Absolutely NO FLOP. And supposedly a new cheese (per an employee) it has a very different taste than normal. It is great. I am feeling famished from the long day at work, and this is hitting the spot. So it hits the 8.8 spot. That is a review.
