If your local, you know Colombos. If not, it's a thicker crust pizza. Not chicago thick, but thicker than normal. A little greasy, but good blend of cheeses. It's in the Elkhart holy trinity of pizza.

So this video was absolute gold but my friend missed the last two minutes. Tony gave this a rookie score of 8.0 it’s closer to a 6.9. Super greasy and floppy. The toppings were great, sauce was sweet and the crust was crisp. Might have to do a reshoot.
