Paper thin bar pizza, good crisp, slight flop. Not enough sauce for me. Side note- hot oil pie is spicy not too hot but I don’t think it belongs on a pizza but has good flavor.

(Hot Oil). flavor not as strong as i expected. Very little flavor from the sauce or cheese and even the hot oil itself isn't very high-profile

Thin, great crunch. Cheese could be improved, not much tang on the sauce

Crust too soft but overall a quality piece at good price.

Wife brought home a pie from Colony grill . Was the Oil Pizza and was spicy hot. Bet the straight cheese woulda been better! Great bar pizza.

Excellent thin crust pizza. Extremely thin crust. 7.7 on the cheese. Bumps it it for me to a 8.2 with the addition of pepperoni.
