I am partial to the OG in Stamford but location wise this is more convenient. Crust is fantastic and thin but not too thin, cheese is great, tasty but not distracting. The only difference between Porchester and Stamford was the sauce. It’s not bad just different and not as good. Staff friendly prices almost too low. Top 3 bar pies in tri-state area. Get it eat it enjoy! Eat it there because it doesn’t travel well.

Sausage and hot oil pie, 6:30 on a Wednesday. Colony Grill is one of my favorite pizzas anywhere. It was a touch overdone on this visit pictured and a little too soft on my second stop in tonight. Almost an 8 regardless, I’ll always visit for a hot oil pie if I’m near any of the Colony locations.

This was a delicious pizza. Slices are small but you get the whole pie. Crust was thin and crisp but not burnt. Sauce to cheese was on point. Bacon slice left a bit to be desired, was dry but the cheese slice was very good.
