Colony Grill

Hot oil gives the extra kick. Classic bar pie.

Sausage and hot oil pie, 6:30 on a Wednesday. Colony Grill is one of my favorite pizzas anywhere. It was a touch overdone on this visit pictured and a little too soft on my second stop in tonight. Almost an 8 regardless, I’ll always visit for a hot oil pie if I’m near any of the Colony locations.

Stellar bar pie. Zero flop. No grease. Tangy sauce. Spicy

This was a delicious pizza. Slices are small but you get the whole pie. Crust was thin and crisp but not burnt. Sauce to cheese was on point. Bacon slice left a bit to be desired, was dry but the cheese slice was very good.

Thin, light, crispy. Easily eat the whole thing in five minutes and want another. The hot oil is a slammin additive

I’ve had this pizza several times and every time it’s the best pizza I’ve ever had

Crispy, thin, good cheese and sauce. Solid crust and fresh ingredients. A bit too greasy but a very solid pie overall

I thought a salad pizza sounded so weird but... have to say I’m in love. It just works!

Thin and crispy. Plus. Greasy and kind of tasteless. Minus. Overall: Decent but wish it had more flavor.
