FANCY ELLIOS in the most respectful way. Some of the best crust I’ve ever had. Thin. Perfect crisp. Not over cooked. Cheese was fine and the hot oil was hinting but just enough. Sauce was the only weakish point One of the most unique slices ever.

Very crispy and absolutely zero flop. Being extremely thin and very well done, the cheese and sauce was kinda minimal which is why it gets a lower 7.

I was very disappointed with this pizza, absolutely no flavor on the sauce! I tried slice after slice trying to figure out what the hype is all about to no avail. Ordered 3 pies, I won’t be finishing them and will try to give it away.
