Eggplant, Onions and Basil is the best toppings combo at Colony Grill. You also can’t go wrong with a cheese pie here. Super thin, no flop and crispy.

Thin, no flop, and deliciously crisp. Served extra sauce on the side but the pizza stood on its own. As good or better than the Nj thinny thin.

Solid bar pie. No bells and whistles besides the nice crunch and texture it brings. However pretty standard blue pie that gets down easy and is very enjoyable. Like a nice cracker with cheese

This is an absolute beauty of a pizza. Super thin crispy crust, so I had really high hopes. Unfortunately, the hot oil completely dominates the flavor profile so much so that you can’t really taste anything else. Next time, I’ll definitely order it without the oil.
